Technically, no. There is a very slim chance that the ATF agent hanging around your range knows the differene between an Artillery and Navy board stock, but who knows?

I would go out and buy a replica rig for fun at the range. Atlanta Cutlery has one I've been told is acceptable for the money, although you will probably have to tinker with the stock iron to get it to fit;
