I am not sure since I don't have my reference books with me, but didn't the change from "S/42" to "42" concealment code take place in 1939 (April)?
If that is true, either the toggle is mismatched, or it's something rather rare... If it's a mismatch, I'd be careful with this dealer since it may have been mis-represented. His price for a 90% Luger seems quite high to me. If it's all correct, and not rather rare it should be in the $1500-$1600 range at most. Marc
