After reading this...even those of you with much experience here are naieve concerning the maschinations of eBay.
A good Friend recieved notice 3 months later that the buyer of his flower stem winding machine wanted her money back..short story..it had broken after 3 months in her flower shop. Ebay sided with her. She got her $$ back. He got the machine , made a small adjustment and it was working again. No returns? That's laughable. Ebay pays NO attention to the seller. If the buyer is unhappy and asks..they WILL GET. Make no mistake. I quit eBay as a seller several years ago and will not go back. As a buyer..I love eBay. They made adjustments..I made adjustments.
