Do I have to accept returns?
No, but you do have to specify a return policy. You may specify that you do not accept returns by setting your policy to “no returns accepted.” If you accept returns, you’re required to accept returns for any reason, including when buyers change their minds.

Looks like NO RETURNS is the only policy to have... then the only time they can return an item is if the item doesn't match it's auction description/photos... I have purchased aboutt 350 items on ebay, but only tried to sell one. It sold, and NO RETURNS was specified... You can bet if I try to sell anything else, it will have lots of photos, and NO RETURNS... as my option.
