I also have been watching those grips from Simpson's, but haven't been lucky enough to actually handle a pair. Has anyone out there actually purchased a set?

I agree that the NIL grips fit the Luger beautifully, but the checkering is too coarse. One would think that they could get this little detail down just right, and certainly for the price they are charging.

Sieger,

You can order the smooth ones and send to me for checkering the correct way, but then that makes them VERY expensive! However, they are still the best reproductions available.
