ya i checked out the bore last night, it is pretty dark and murky in there. i plan on scrubbing it out after deer season...

Cute pup! man, you must spend a LOT of time in the woods, if you don't have time to clean the bore! I'd be dying to see how nice it would clean up...I'd thoroughly wet swab the bore with a good solvent like Butch's Bore Shine or Shooter's choice, let it set 3 or 4 hours, then scrub the heck out of it with a new tight fitting bronze bore brush, then finish off with some lapping with JB bore paste.....it'll be as good as it's ever going to get...you might be pleasantly surprised!
