You should have a 21 or 22 turn recoil spring. I believe that this is the "default" spring that they ship in the Wolff Luger spring kit. It's the correct one for a late Mauser Luger like yours. This is the spring that they include with the complete Luger spring kit (along with the extractor spring and the trigger spring).
They also have a 3 recoil spring kit with springs cut to different lengths. There is a fairly heavy trigger pull on my Luger, especially when compared with other pistols in Single Action firing. I have been using my own reloads. 4.0gn of TiteGroup powder behind a 129gn cast lead bullet. This is a slightly reduced load. Other than that, it's Winchester white box 115gn FMJ. Marc
