Tom,
It appears to be a post war Eastern Block holster of some kind, or possibly Spanish. I don't believe it's German made.Most Luger holsters have a tool pouch. Ron

Thanks Ron! I'm googling, but still not found any similar. I've found many-many Luger holsters from dozens of nations. Some are without tool pouch, but you may be right, none of them were German made. Anyway I keep searching, maybe it is a good deal.
