The last shop that I knew about that relined Luger barrels was an old gunsmith in Mentor Ohio and he retired or died several years ago. No one that I know has filled this niche in Luger collecting that I know of.

I know how to do this, and I would do it myself if I could find time, but time is a precious comodity right now... If I invested in the tools, it would be a long time to reach the break even point. I may do it when I decide to stop working in a couple of years... or sooner if I can break free of the other support issues in my life.

If you find someone to do this, ask all the right questions and get/give a written contract to make sure you get what you are after. Once you have it done, please report back with your satisfaction with the results.
