Antonio, Nice looking luger. It may have been used on the Russian Front, but I seriously doubt that a German Army accepted PO8 would have been OFFICALLY issued to a member of a non-German Waffen SS divison. Like many of our GIs, he may have picked it up as a war trophy. TH

Did pistol luger only be for Waffen SS?
Did not pistols use luger in 250 Division? I have understood, that the Blue Division used regular German armament .. k.98, mp.40, mg. 34, and p.08. As light weapon I dont know...Probably out a recollection of Russia. It will look mas for information about armament of the Blue Division. A greeting Doctor.
