Welcome to the madness, as far as I remember reading you are the first poster who has used a luger in a official capacity so congrats on that. I don’t know what that luger is but I’m looking forward to finding out.c

Barrel looks to be a Lahti barrel. Don't know if Finland or Sweden manufacture. However, Sweden sold Lahti's to Denmark for their Police department and that might be where it came from. Denmark Lahti's have a "D" before the serial number denoting Denmark.

That's my SWAG.
