Joshua..Your right! Now I remember what made me call it a Police..It appears to have an Artillery top on it! It has the tab on the front of the top but without the closure stud that a Police would have. That would make it an Artillery configuration. Keeper tab with no stud.
I can't see the holster good enough..are there any stitching holes under the magazine pouch for what used to be a cleaning rod? I wonder if it's an Artillery conversion. If it were..to the right of the buckle assembly there would be stitching holes where the closure strap would have been fixed onto the front body of the holster. Funny that the buckle is installed but there has never been a closure strap installed for it! The closure strap would have been sewn on under the tab on the front of the top. Only thing that makes me think this is NOT an Artillery conversion..there are no stitching holes for a stock block between the belt loops..WEIRD! Jerry Burney
