lets play, whats wrong with this luger

I'm pretty new at this, but will take a stab... Seller claims all matching, yet there's no #'s on anything visible.
No "BuG" or other proof or acceptance markings .
Doesn't bother to give or photograph the ser#.
Parts not strawed- but he does say possibly a reblue- which it is.
And although nothing wrong, I'm supposing the safety position is "up" on this pistol?
