Military issued Luger, made by Mauser in 1935. Due to the three Eagle over 63 acceptance stamps in your last photo, it is a subvariation 2. Different stamps were used in subvariation 1.
The mag appears to be a post war commerical model. Others on this board could give a better estimate of it's value. Nice Luger Joe
