Sorry, a 1910 would not have a stock lug.
I expect it to be either a WW1 that has been redone by Simson (thus the eagle 6) or a Alphabet Luger made around 1926 or so and then redone by Simson... A picture of the top, showing the date or lack of a date would help  Ed
