For some reason, Luger is not on Mass "Good Handgun List".

If the gun was registered in Massachusetts before 10/21/1998, you can sell it to a Massachusetts LTC (a.k.a. "permit") holder, fill in a state form (available from town police, asking firearm transaction form) and mail it to the address as printed on it.

If the gun was not registered before that date (or buyer is not Mass resident), buyer's FFL or tranferring FFL is required. Since the buyer is FFL holder, he/she knows what to do.

Either way, make sure you get the money. Law does not care that. You do.
