1936 Mauser with no strawing

Description of matching mags, tool and holster sounds like a police rig. Does it have a sear safety? Can you post photos?

The holster is brown if that makes any difference. If it's a police rig would it be normal to be all blued and no strawing? What would the value be as compared to the $ 800 as mentioned above?
