Is the gun clean and well lubed ? what ammo are you using ? lets start with the easy items to check.....welcome

Welcome.
Lugers are known to be "ammo sensitive", so most likely that is the problem. Magtech 115grs has worked well for me, and IÃ?Â´m sure other members will let you know what have worked best for them also.
Not enough lube or "limp wrist" could also be part of the problem. I have found mine to do this if I dont hold it tight enough.
