I replaced an ejector on a late '40s Luger, which is a shooter. I got the ejector from Numrich Gun parts, if I remember correctly for about $35. Not sure if these early guns used the same ejector, you'd need to ask some of the experts on this board and/or do some research. Tom Heller would be a good person to check with. It's a little tricky replacing this part since it is similar to hardened spring steel and is subject to breakage during installation. If you are handy with tools and small parts, you shouldn't have much difficulty.
I think Jerry has a very good point in that you should ensure that there isn't other damage besides the ejector. This is true if you are planning to shoot this gun. If you don't plan on shooting it, then you probably wouldn't need to worry about the ejector. Hope this helps, barr
