Thanks for the replies, a lot quicker than I would have imagined! I've taken some pictures, just not sure how to post them yet. The frame is stamped 1388 with what may be a R. There are lots of small stamps under the grips B,L,I,F,P,44 and G. At the front inside there is N over PPO. At the front of the frame in the grip area there is a very stylish B.R.S.1.112. The upper receiver is stamped 1938 with serial number 4575. The toggle is stamped 88 and has a very stylish mark on the center toggle link.
