Sherlock, welcome to the forum! It is a 1920 (made then) with a property marking of 1920 (seen on earlier dated, 1920 and 1921 lugers). It appears to be army, with no sear safety for a police on it. It also has weimar era eagle / doves on the right.
Looks like a nice one to me. If thinking of trading for something, or selling keep me in mind. I would guess value would be $900-$1300, all depends on if all matching inside parts, etc; The extra mags are not weimar era and if unmolested on the base worth $75 - $125 each.
