Hi Tomi,
The Luger is one of the mysterious 5 digit SN variations that pops up now and then. I believe they have been speculated as reworks and not new production 1921 Lugers. Does the first 8 appear to have been added later? The grip marking is a Reichswehr Army unit 6th Battery/ Artillery Regt. 7 weapon #70 Ron
