Excellent detective work and very nice (and rare) finds!

The back of the pass states:
Identification for the Mauser-Werke A.G. at Oberndorf am Neckar:

(left) Identification notes:
(right) Attention!
1. This ID may not be given to persons who are not working for the company.
2. Loss must be reported to the management or the staff office immediately.
3. The ID must always be brought to work.
4. It only grants access to the company during work hours.
5. When the working relationship is cancelled, the ID must be given back to the staff office.
6. Giving the ID to unauthorised people can result in criminal charges.
