True, that.
Ever since the ruling over a year ago I've been sending my FFL (and subsequent updates) to dealers via email in the form of a PPF. It's a very handy thing to do when I'm out of town and want to make a purchase via CC. People have been taking emailed FFLs since they started accepting the faxed versions.
