18 times a year? For me that wouldn't be a problem as I go all the time, but the thing that would piss me off is the government making up these arbitrary rules for not other purpose than to tell me what to do.
Who's bright idea was that? If you have his phone number, I've heard that AT&T has a new service called "Reach out and Slap Someone". I'd be glad to give him a call for you...
