Actually I'm from B.C. Canada and I have talked to people gun shop owners, collectors, ect. That have said they are totally legal to hold 32 rounds. Aparently the governmeant now considers them to be a historic item of some sort and now they no longer require them to be pinned or modified to hold 5 or 10 rounds. And I highly doubt anyone would pay $1000+ for a drum that would be used in any sort of crime. This drum couldn't possibly pose a threat to society..
