What means DWM 1914 ,1915,1916,1917..

DWM is the manufacturer, 1914, 1915 ... is the year of production.

Missing DWM 1914,1915,1916 Why ?

Regarding your 41 Code 42 Luger, could you please show photos of your Luger? Especially, the serial number on the front of the frame and the left side of the frame near the safety lever.

The proper magazine for this Luger should be marked 122 and have Waffenamt Marks Eagle-over-37 on the same side as the 122 marking. It would be nice to find a magazine that matches your serial number, but if you could find one marked with a "n" suffix on the bottom, that would be great.

I think we must have more details to help you with the cartridge block problem. Your magazine (2/1001) is a post war version of the 122 and fxo magazines, but excellent. What ammo are you using? Do you keep your wrist strong on the grip when you are shooting the pistol? Is your Luger properly cleaned and lubricated?
