relining artillery luger to 7.65mm luger ?

You might try Redmans's Rifling & Rebore. I learned about them from an old entry in the forum. Here's their link:

I contacted them about a month ago about reboring a Luger with a bore that looked like a sewer..... I didn't ask them about a new barrel liner.... Give them a try, the worst you can get is a "no."
