The small arms section of the VSAM covers most of the military issue handguns and also contains lots of experimentals and prototypes.
The total museum collection is too much to see all in one day, the problem is that the collection is still spread over several buildings and not all is on display, most is just stocked.
If one plans to go there get in touch with Henri Habegger (see the museum website) to see if there are guided tours planned at the time you are there as the museum is not open to the public yet.
It is best to tell him your main interest before, he might be able to arrange something special for you.
