Another tried and true method is to run a small bead of hot glue(hot glue gun) down the leading edge of the front "ridge" of the grip. Give it a couple of seconds to cool just a bit. Then put the grip on while it is still soft. The glue will form a space filling gasket and tighten the grip. If done correctly, will not harm the grip, will not show, and can be removed simply by gently peeling it off. I have done it several times. It works very well. Ron
