All I for one would argue strongly with the seller Matt, Canadians are restricted from using anything higher than a ten round magazine in a pistol. ie the browning hi-power 13 round capacity.

It is rifle magazines that must be pinned for 5 rounds if you are using them out in the open at ranges/meets/hunting.

Matt may be mistaken that when this magazine is assembled into an artillary luger with a stock it then becomes a carbine which would then fall within the guidelines of a rifle.

We have no laws selling magazine parts, he could have disassembled the drum and it is now legal.

Canadians also have the option of gunshows which allow this magazine to be displayed provided it is not inserted into a pistol and is called an antique,

All in all it is an interpretation of the law yet to be tested before the courts.
