One thing that appears to be fishy is that Florida doesnâ??t require registration or a permit, they didnâ??t in 1972 and we still donâ??t now.
You would think Albert Herr the man who sold the gun to Guarino would have checked Florida law before selling a historic gun if the only reason to sell it was the permit issue. my .02 Jim
