Post 5" barrel custom Luger

Many of you have seen a scan of this Luger before, but its taken me two years to come up with pictures which even begin to approach how this gun actually looks.

Its a mismatched rework shooting Luger, 5" barrel by Tom Heller, refinish by Thor, ivory grips by someone named Frank Pincer, magazine base courtesy Russ Withem.

The gun is glossy, jet black, very much like obsideon, and the ivory grips--parchment-white when I got them, beginning to yellow from use--make it nearly impossible to get an adequate picture. I still haven't managed to show that the strawed parts are high-polish golden yellow. Its staggeringly accurate to shoot and the trigger is about as nice as a Luger gets, one of the reasons I picked this frame for the project.

The grips are extremely finely-layered, highh-grade ivory. They are signed on the back "Carved by Frank J. Pincer, St. Paul, Minnesota". Anybody ever heard of this person, can someone identify a time frame for their manufacture?
