This chapter opens probably much variations I don?t have but some variations I want to introduce here :
The complete Pouch: There is the cleaning kit pouch - contents a 3 language grease can beside the brass tool - ![]() ![]() They have the production year stamped on the rear (probably they come from the Swiss Schmidt Rubin Revolver variations - have seen them on the Revolver holster straps very often, don?t know if they are really issued to the Lugers as complete pouches?) 4 variations without pouch ![]() Nr.1 WWI ore Bern 06/29 ore fake ?? steel cased and spot welded top - with brass accessories - Rutch is suspicious about that spot welded top, because he denies the possibility of that kind of welding during WWI - but remember the snail drums on Artillery Lugers! They are spot welded indeed! ![]() http://forums.lugerforum.com/lfuploa...0008_copy2.jpg Nr.: 3 Brass case - the brush seems to be replaced because of the missing accaptance mark - ![]() http://forums.lugerforum.com/lfuploa...0011_copy1.jpg Nr1 and Nr2 Steel case together: ![]() Nr.2 Steel case with Zink alloy Supposed to be produced while WWI to save brass! ![]() http://forums.lugerforum.com/lfuploa...0007_copy1.jpg Nr.4 M under cross M = Military accaptance (Rutch book) ![]() http://forums.lugerforum.com/lfuploa...0013_copy1.jpg ADMIN: Changed some of the pictures to show, ebt |
