As some of you may know, I generally recommend Nill-Griffe new walnut P08 grips when replacing ones that are not restorable by Dr Hugh or if they have plastic grips they want replaced. The other options are the Coco Bolo ones Sarco sells, then have Hugh cut the old coarse checking replacing with the proper 20 lpi diamond checkers. I have just contacted Nill-Griffe to see if they will make any replacment P08 grips just like they make now but in a light beech wood. This is what they sell, dark walnut with tons of figuring.
