Opinions are like elbows (to paraphrase an old saying) ... everybody has some... and Pete, I apologize... I have to say it (while laughing)...

I sure hope they are comfortable and give you remarkable control of some shooter Luger, because IMHO those are some UGLY grips... I "wood" take them and sand them to the correct proportions to resemble smooth Luger grips and use Frank's suggestion and paint them white... <img border="0" alt="[hiha]" title="" src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" />
