If I remeber correctly, egulations atated that ribbons for the Eight Years of Service Medals shold plain. For the 18 and 25 years crosses, ribbons should bear a embroidery eagle in silver (white) or gold yellow.

But, as you know, regulations were not always followed by medal bars makers, and mistakes and omissions are known in bona fide items.

And nice Luger displays! Outstanding, indeed!
