newbie needs id / rough value help for estate sale

working on an estate sale, need help on how to list this piece and rough value.

what I know: DWM, crown n, serial 7612 "o" with all parts matched, except mag, which may just be too worn to see number.

9mm, 3 7/8 barrel, but you smart guys probably already knew that.

Year? general price? Let me know if you need something else.
