Valid point, Mr Kramer paid for a part or service he never got, lugerman owes him the part or a refund, like it has been stated if he was replacing the part to represent it as being original then that would be looked down on. his point is that he did not get what he paid for and is seeking recourse and allso letting the members of the forum know of the bad bussiness practices of this person.
