Mark,
The interior marks ,P, V, 02, etc. are stage or production marks. They have nothng to do with date or caliber. The 32 on the breech block is strange though. All lugers after early-mid 1937 were totally blued. Can't tell from your pics if it has been re-blued. In this country is is illegal to shoot a 4 inch barrel with a stock on it.
