3rd Reich Holster-Interesting closure?

Gentlemen: I picked up this Luger Holster. I have not seen this type of closure before. On the back of the holster it is stamped with acceptence and there faintly is a makers name that I can't make out. Any info on this holster as to the type and possible maker is appreciated. Thanks -Dave
