Need Help - Identify and Valu DWM 1918

Please help me I am very new to guns. I can tell you that all numbers match but the cartridge has no number. The numeratios is 3 numbers an the letter "n"... is it military? It has no special marks. Only DMW logo and 1918. What else can you tell about it? Value? Thank you.
