Correct Holster for 1908 1st Issue
Hi! What is a close enough correct holster for my 1908 undated military DWM 1st issue Luger? It hates the Bulgarian holster it is trapped in!
Still's Central Powers Pistols shows one with a reworked Reichsrevolver holster on page 41. The gun is unit marked, and I don't see getting a unit marked holster. I also don't recall seeing a holster marked 1908. What is correct, and what can I get away with and still be close to correct? I've posted this gun before to determine the unit markings. It has been beautifully restored, but it is still the crown of my collection so far. Thanks! Clark in Nashville
