Sure looks like a barrel witness mark + alignment mark on that 5th picture, but on that last picture it looks more like the signature of bubba's pipe wrench. With a new P08 barrel, it would be a fairly nice Luger for making holes in paper. You may also want to look into replacing the take down lever if it hurt your eyes, personally I would not care.
