Default WW2 P08 cleaning session

Also note the standard cleaning kit on the table. This set contained the oil bottle, a pull chain, a K98 takedown tool, wire brushes and cleaning material. The 'Reinigungsger�¤t 34' was used not only for the K98 but also for the handguns, including the P08.



Use of the Reinigungsger�¤t 34 was described in the document H.Dv. 255 (Heeres Dienstvorschrift 255) / L. Dv. 355 (Luftwaffe Dienstvorschrift 405). The documents point toward a separate cleaning instruction document for the Reinigungsger�¤t 34. (D. 110 as it is called in the H.Dv. 255).

H.Dv. 256 / M.Dv.Nr. 378 / L.Dv. 409 describes the use of the Reinigungsger�¤t 34 and the Reinigungsger�¤t 34 for 22lr training sets.
