Restoration Advice

Hi, I've attached photos of a Luger I'm concidering having Reblued. Do you think It would hurt it's value ? As you can see it's missing a few parts. But it's such a rare model, what do you think it's worth ? I hope my picture come through. Thanks, Jimbo
