Noob Questions about Luger Carbine

OK.... here it goes..... I mentioned that my buddy is interested in selling this carbine....... well........

He would like to get $16.5K USD for it.

Things you need to know:

1. It is in Canada. If a US or a person from another country wants to purchase it we can arrange export from Canada but the buyer would be responsible for export fees and and duty and taxes and shipping fees incured (all at cost).
2. If you don't like the price..... make an offer.... all he can do is say no
