Ok...I went a purchased a Luger book that looked like it had every proof stamp and inspection mark known to man. Except the one that's on this gun!!!! If anyone can help or advise, it would be greatly appreciated.
This first of four, according to the book, should only be on the 1908 model...this is a model 1914 stamped military pistol. Why would it be on this model? The fourth seems to be a simple Test Fire Stamp. The second and third stamp....I haven't a clue. There is nothing in my book that even resembles these two stamps. I have drawn out the symbols as they do not show up well in an actual photo... I hope my pictionary skills are up to snuff. Thanks! ![]() ![]() |
