Pearson Has contributed several articles to the AUTOMAG, over the last 18 months, outlining his research into serial number ranges of Walther PPKs that were issued to the SS and I would imagine that his data base extends to PPs of the same period. John can be contacted at P.O. Box 2524 Toluca, Calif 91610. You will find him to be a real gentleman that will be more than willing to help you research your pistol.
