Well Ron we are practically neighbors. I took a look at the frame and sure enough there is some kind of "letter" stamp under the serial number though I can't tell what the letter is. Here's a pic, maybe you can tell me what it is and what it indicates. BTW, I do shoot this pistol on occasion. I handload for a buddy with a Glock and I also have a Ruger Blackhawk .357 convertible with a cylinder for 9mm. I Usually put a 115 gr FMJ over 5.1 gr of HP-38 but I get a lot of hangups. There is a little chip missing from the ejector and I suspect that's the problem. Can you tell me where I can find a parts supplier where I can get another ejector. I have kept the original, which is also chipped but it has the serial # stamped on it.
